Ingredients :
  

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions :
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chai spices.
  • Combine wet ingredients – In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Mix the batter – Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
  • Pour into the pan – Spread the batter evenly in the prepared cake pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool & serve – Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
