  • 200 ml 3/4 cup espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 20 ladyfinger biscuits or soft sponge biscuits
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions :
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Mascarpone Cream
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture and set aside.
  • Step 2: Make the Chocolate Ganache
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  • Pour in warm heavy cream and stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Let it cool slightly.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Dessert
  • Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled espresso. Do not soak for too long to avoid sogginess.
  • Arrange a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the biscuits.
